Citizens Service Delivery Mechanism

The e-Forms on State Portal and State Services Delivery Gateway (SSDG) project has been formulated under the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP). The e-Forms application will enable citizens to download forms and submit their applications electronically with help of Electronic Forms hosted on the State Portal (SP) and routed by a common State Services Delivery Gateway (SSDG).

Currently 31 states have submitted their proposal of which 29 have been approved by DIT and the remaining are under process. The target is to have at least 6 states go live with the implementation of this project by March 2011.
